BPS26-12 is a 12 V valve-regulated sealed lead-acid (VRLA) battery from the B.B. Battery BPS series, a general-purpose range. Its nominal capacity is 26 Ah at the 20-hour rate, 24.7 Ah at the 10-hour rate and 22.1 Ah at the 5-hour rate, and the battery weighs 9.4 kg. The standard terminal type is B1, with optional terminal types T2 and I1 available for different connection needs. The battery applies absorbent glass mat (AGM) technology for efficient gas recombination, is maintenance free (no water addition required), has no free acid (leak-proof battery) and offers a low self-discharge rate. It can be used in any orientation (inverted position not allowed), and explosion-proof filter fitted.
