B.B. Battery's BPS12-12 is a valve-regulated lead-acid battery in the BPS series. This series is produced as a 12V integral unit with a wide capacity range from 5Ah to 230Ah, capable of meeting power requirements in various scenarios. The battery's case is made of durable, opaque, impact-resistant ABS plastic, ensuring structural integrity in various environments. The battery cover and case are firmly connected to form an integral unit, and the terminal area is carefully sealed to effectively prevent electrolyte leakage.Terminal design varies depending on the battery series and type. BPS12-12 is equipped with a standard T2-type terminal at position 5, and T1-type terminals are also available as an option, providing users with flexible connection options. During production, the battery is filled with electrolyte through six holes on the cover, followed by installing a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials. This design not only ensures a high level of fire and explosion safety but also achieves maintenance-free characteristics, eliminating the need for regular water addition by users. The battery uses an absorbent glass fiber separator (AGM) technology inside, combined with positive and negative plates coated with a paste-like coating, enabling efficient gas recombination. The free-acid-free design makes it a truly leak-proof battery choice.Thanks to its low self-discharge rate, the battery loses less than 3% of its capacity per month during storage and maintains good performance after long-term storage.
