The BP7-12 is a 12 V valve-regulated lead-acid battery. Its nominal capacity is 7 Ah at the 20-hour rate, 6.65 Ah at the 10-hour rate, and 5.95 Ah at the 5-hour rate, and it weighs 2.54 kg. The standard terminal type is T2, with T1 available as an optional terminal type. The model is maintenance free and needs no topping up, is leak-proof because it holds no free electrolyte, and its low self-discharge stays below 3% per month. It supports vertical and horizontal installation and integrates a flame arrestor in each cell, with a built-in flame arrestor for added safety and carrying handles for easier installation.
