The case is made of sturdy opaque shock-resistant ABS plastic, and the lid is tightly bonded to the case with the terminal area sealed, which effectively prevents leakage; terminal designs vary by series and type, offering flexible connection options. During production, electrolyte is filled through six holes in the lid, after which a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible material is installed, which ensures the safe release of internal pressure and raises the level of fire and explosion safety; both the positive and negative plates are coated with a special paste formulation, which helps optimize performance and extend service life.
