BP65-12 is a 12 V maintenance-free lead-acid battery from the B.B. Battery BP general purpose series. Its nominal capacity is 65 Ah at the 20-hour rate, 61.75 Ah at the 10-hour rate, and 55.25 Ah at the 5-hour rate. The battery weighs 22.4 kg, uses the B5 standard terminal type, and offers I2 as an optional terminal type. The product is maintenance free (no topping up required) and leak-proof (no free electrolyte), offers low self-discharge, less than 3% per month, and supports vertical and horizontal installation. A flame arrestor integrated in each cell and a built-in flame arrestor for added safety reinforce protection during operation, and carrying handles for easier installation simplify handling on site.
