BP12-12 is a valve-regulated sealed lead-acid battery in the B.B. Battery BP general purpose series. Its voltage is 12 V, with a nominal capacity of 12 Ah at the 20 hour rate, 11.4 Ah at the 10 hour rate and 10.2 Ah at the 5 hour rate, and it weighs 3.94 kg. T2 is the standard terminal type, while T1 is available as an optional terminal type. The product is maintenance free (no topping up required) and leak-proof (no free electrolyte), with low self-discharge, less than 3% per month. It supports vertical and horizontal installation, a flame arrestor is integrated in each cell, a built-in flame arrestor provides added safety, and carrying handles for easier installation are provided.
