The EP65-12 is a valve-regulated sealed lead-acid (VRLA) battery from the B.B. Battery EP series. Its nominal voltage is 12 V and its nominal capacities are 65 Ah at the 20-hour rate, 55.25 Ah at the 5-hour rate and 32.5 Ah at the 30-minute rate, giving a clear picture of how the battery behaves as the discharge period shortens. It weighs 25 kg, uses a standard B5 terminal type and offers an optional I2 terminal type. Absorbent glass mat (AGM) technology for efficient gas recombination delivers efficient gas recombination, and the battery is maintenance free (no water addition required) with no free acid (leak-proof battery) and a leak-proof design. It can be installed in multiple orientations (do not install inverted), and it is supplied with an explosion-proof filter fitted and a flame arrestor fitted for safety.
