The B.B. Battery MSU-500 is a 2 V, 500 Ah (10-hour rate) valve-regulated sealed lead-acid (VRLA) gel battery from the MSU series. Its nominal voltage is 2 V, its nominal capacity is 500 Ah at the 10-hour rate, its weight is 30.8 kg, its standard terminal type is B6, and its optional terminal type is I3. The battery is built with a sealed construction, no electrolyte leakage, and a high-performance alloy ensures corrosion resistance. It uses gelled electrolyte technology together with absorbent glass mat (AGM) technology for efficient gas recombination, and a special paste formulation improves charge acceptance while a unique electrolyte system for maximum service life extends the working period.
