MSU-1200 is a 2 V lead-acid battery in the B.B. Battery MSU series, with a nominal capacity of 1200 Ah at the 10-hour rate and a weight of 71.5 kg. The standard terminal type is B6, and the optional terminal type is I3. The battery features sealed construction, no electrolyte leakage, while its high-performance alloy ensures corrosion resistance. A unique electrolyte system for maximum service life works with a low self-discharge rate, less than 3% capacity loss per month, which supports long standby periods between charges. A special paste formulation improves charge acceptance, and gelled electrolyte technology is used. Absorbent glass mat (AGM) technology for efficient gas recombination completes the internal design. The MSU-1200 is suitable for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, security systems, emergency lighting and video surveillance systems, access control systems, medical equipment, lawn mowers, golf carts, telecommunications facilities, alternative energy, and power supply networks and the energy industry.
