The EVP35-12 Finger Type belongs to the B.B. Battery EVP electric vehicle series and is a 12 V monobloc valve-regulated lead-acid battery. Its nominal capacity is 35 Ah at the 20-hour rate, 29.75 Ah at the 5-hour rate and 21.9 Ah at the 30-minute rate, covering applications that need high power output and frequent cycling. The 20-hour, 5-hour and 30-minute ratings describe how the battery behaves over long, medium and short discharge periods, so it can be matched to the run time or backup time the equipment actually needs. The battery weighs 12.5 kg, with a standard terminal type of B7 and an optional terminal type of I2, so the connection can be matched to the equipment requirements. The B7 terminal is the standard connection, and the I2 option offers an alternative where the terminal layout of the equipment differs. Structurally, the battery uses AGM technology for efficient gas recombination, keeping the electrolyte held in the separator.
